Same-day bookings are not permitted. \- Absolutely no exterior amplified music is allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fine. \- While we do our best to notify guests in advance, unannounced power outages may occur due to unexpected city maintenance. \- No events are allowed unless pre-approved and coordinated through Avantstay. This includes but is not limited to: rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and social gatherings. \- All guests must comply with local laws regarding outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and limitations on parties or gatherings.
