Great stay!

This place was absolutely perfect! We have three kids 4 and under so co Venice was key for us. 5 steps to the beach, a walk to a lot of restaurants and close to everywhere we wanted to go! We definitely want to come back and stay again as it was so much fun!

Cannot beat the location! Easy access to food, beach, etc all in walking distance. Garage parking was a plus too. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Accomodated out family of five with plenty of space.

Great Stay!

Had a great vacation with our 3-year-old. Location and view can't be beat. Plenty of house amenities including beach chairs and toys. Garage parking made getting in and out easy. Owner was very communicative. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay in Mission Beach

The place and location were amazing! Great place and location. You can't beat the view. It's also a plus to have garage parking located under the unit. The owner was quick to answer and very helpful with recommendations. I highly recommend!

Amazing Location

Our family had an amazing time. Location is perfect for families with kids of any age. Instant access to the beach and boardwalk and Belmont Park is steps away. Host I’m was great, very communicative and quick to respond! We will be back for sure!!!!

Wonderful host and wonderful location

This is our second time staying here and there will most likely be a third! The view and location are fabulous, and Jim is definitely a five star host! The condo itself is nice, but little touches like flowers, fresh fruit, NO things to do list upon departure help set this experience above others. Thanks Jim for sharing your home.

Beautiful and convenient!

Very nice condo with an outstanding view of the ocean. It was nice to have some basic supplies available and Jim was very accommodating and communicative. The condo is very close to wonderful restaurants and beach bars. We look forward to returning. Thank you!

Amazing ocean view

This condo has the most stunning ocean view; nearly the entire wall facing the ocean is windows. Full ocean view from the kitchen as well. Two very large bedrooms and two large, spa-like bathrooms. A big bonus was the two parking spaces inside the garage... each with plenty of room for an SUV, not cramped at all! We'll be back!

Jim and Condo were great

This is THE location if you want to be on Mission Beach...and when I say on, I mean ON THE BEACH. This unit is on the boardwalk and 50 yards to the main Mission Beach lifeguard tower. You are within 5 minutes of shops, restaurants and easy boardwalk access to Pacific Beach in minutes. The second story view from the panoramic windows overlook the ocean and make you feel like you are floating above it. Great sunsets and ample room with 2 bedrooms and optional murphy bed in living room. Jim is fantastic and this was a really easy stay! Thanks! We hope to be back!

AMAZING!!

This property is the perfect location for the Belmont Park/Mission Beach area. We were able to walk to many places to eat and the beach was right in front of our door. My 91 year old MIL sat at the windows and watched people walk along the boardwalk all day long. She loved it. We will definitely stay here again. The only downside was that we seem to have come a little early to get any sun. in 10 days we had 1 day of sun at the beach. Coming from Phoenix and 110 degrees, it was great to have 65 every day! Thank you Jim for everything!

Better than Imagined!

We had originally booked for Christmas day 2022 but a snowstorm hit and all flights were canceled. I thought our paid in full trip was done before it had started. Jim was wonderful though, and said to just keep an eye on the calendar and if something worked for both sides then it could still be a go. So almost a year later we were able to book Thanksgiving 2023 weekend. Oh what fun we had. Location could not be beat. Place was way beyond expectations. Will stay here every time if I head back to anywhere near San Diego!!!

Location, location, location

The location was fantastic. And we enjoyed our time with our friends. The view was incredible. It is so close to everything. But the description of the beds and rooms was unclear and not what we expected. The "king" bed is not really a king in the second bedroom. And it is looking a bit run down inside. The one thing that was quite bothersome was all the fragranced products used on all the bedding. It was overwhelming. I ended up with very puffy eyes and headaches even though I used my own pillowcase and towel.

mission beach condo

The best part about this property is the location -- right on the beach and close to all that San-Diego has to offer. Communication with the owner was excellent and prompt. Very quick to respond and easy to work with. The property itself is starting to show its age (might be true for beach properties in general) but overall the condo was well equipped and met all our needs. The bathrooms were well appointed. The sleeping arrangement, with a murphy bed in the family room and a day bed in the small 2nd room, though entirely adequate for our family of 4, can prove to be a challenge for a bigger family or for 6 people as is listed.
