We were attending a multi-day conference at the San Diego Convention Center and it was in a super convenient location for us to get to the Convention Center every morning fairly easily. I will say the parking situation is a little crazy as the place does not have a driveway and you have to park on the street. Everything was great and we loved the house, deck and backyard. The location was great and in walking distance to many attractions, but you had to walk through large homeless encampments to get to there. The noise level from the highway was excessive. The host was accommodating and responded quickly when i needed assistance after booking and prior to checking in. The home was located close to downtown. I felt safe and was able to take walks in the morning to downtown coffee shops. If we arrived after 8 or 9 we had to park far away. Other than the parking everything was great. ##### Chavon J. We rented the home for 10 days. It was spotless and everything we needed was there. It was close to just about everything and out of the way enough to be quiet in the evening. The property was in great shape and the house was very clean upon arrival. They have a book that was very helpful detailing restaurants around the area, and other important info. Parking can be an issue but I always dropped the family off and found a place to park. The backyard is pretty secluded and relaxing in the morning.
