    You will love this quiet unit with living room views of the ocean! This recently upgraded and fully furnished throughout, private 2 bedroom home includes a fully appointed kitchen with all appliances including stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful new crisp linens, pillows and bed coverings. Spacious living room has extra sleeping space with a new comfy sofa. Smart 75 inch Flat Screen HDTV with Bose Sound System, free high-speed WiFi connection, patio with ocean views, assigned garage parking, elevator in building for easy access, hot tub and the best beach location San Diego has to offer. Both bedrooms have their own air conditioners — a rare bonus in Pacific Beach! Our host was very nice. The location of the unit is excellent being right on the beach and close to many restaurants options. The beds were comfortable. Our only issue we had was a foul odor coming from the master bathroom plumbing/toilet. We made this aware to the host but it was unable to get resolved during our stay. Other than that, our visit was pleasant.

The location of the condo was great! The boardwalk and beach are steps away. The space was perfect for our family of 4. The extra fans and air conditioner in the bedroom were great for sleeping. There was a minor issue with the fan in one of the bathrooms, which we relayed to the owner. The owner is quick to respond with questions and such. We would stay here again.

This apartment was within walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops and bars. Corner view of the ocean which was also a plus. Property manager was very easy to get a hold of and also very accommodating!

PHENOMENAL condo! Great view of the waves from the balcony, always a must! A/C in the bedrooms kept us comfortable. The condo is clean, well kept, and well supplied. The building is secured, and a parking place in PB is amazing! This is our new place to stay in PB - near many great food and shopping options. LOVE IT! And if that's not enough - the owner was responsive and easy to work with, making the entire trip easy and carefree.Also has great corners for those unruly kids.

Family vacation

The rental was perfect for our family of five. It was exactly as described and I especially appreciated that it had everything needed for our stay. The shower gel and shampoo/conditioner dispensers were nice as well. The best part is the location. We had an amazing time and are looking forward to our next visit!

Great Location with Decent Amenities

The property is tight in the middle of everything with a partial ocean view. The building and the rental are a bit tired but the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Unground parking was a plus. Communication with the property manager was prompt.

College move-in trip

I moved my daughter to Cali for college and before we got her settled in, we wanted to spend a few days at the beach. We stayed in this apartment, and it was lovely as was the area it's located in. Awesome considerate host will definitely return.
