Beautiful 3-bedroom in a historic home with excellent location and private backyard! Located just a few blocks east of Downtown and the vibrant East Village, walking distance to Petco Park, close to Balboa Park, and easy access to major highways and public transportation. This location ensures that you're well-connected to everything San Diego has to offer! The home is completely outfitted for your comfort including all kitchen utensils, spices, complimentary snacks, coffee, and tea. We also include beach towels, games, and books for you and your family's enjoyment. Whether you are here for work, vacation, or a bit of both, the private fenced-in backyard offers you a space to unwind, BBQ, or read a book. This property also comes with two dedicated parking spots. The house is recognized as a historical landmark. It was built in 1913 along with the one next to it to the east by Michael Weber, a painter. He owned the house until 1950\. The building has a few alterations but represents an interesting transitional style from Neoclassical to Craftsman-like. It was perfect for my little group of four, we were visiting for a show near Petco Park. There was ample parking between the reserved spots and the street which was awesome. The host was really communicative and helpful, I was really worried about not making a dinner reservation on time but he flexed our check in to make sure we did.
