If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30. • Occupancy Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2\. Unbeatable location right on the mission beach boardwalk and only a couple minute walk to the bay. Very clean and comfortable. Note that unit 3 does not have any a/c and can feel a little warm, but there are several fans to help with this. Unit 1 has quiet wall a/c units in most rooms so it’s very comfortable there. The property manager was perfectly helpful and friendly. The parking garage is a tight fit, so keep that in mind if you have a large vehicle. I would stay here again. ##### Benjamin M.
