The staff was very helpful, we needed some ibuprofen, and the front desk representative, ordered it on his phone, and brought it to us. The bed is super comfortable, we loved the pillows and the sheets so much, that we took pictures of the labels. LOL. Brakfast included is njce, fresh fruit is good, coffee too. The only thing we wish was better, is the bathroom. My husband is 6 foot 2. He had a very tough time in the smallest bathroom we have ever seen. Without a single window, it becomes a sauna after a shower, which creates mold. Theres a really big concrete closet across the room, turn it into a nice bathroom! We loved everything else about this hotel. We will be back, the energy is beautiful.

Buena atención del personal administrativo. No me gustó que no te asean al 100% la habitación, hay q pedir papel sanitario, muy pequeñas e incómodas las habitaciones matrimoniales, la calidad del servicio es diferente en las habitaciones matrimoniales, dobles y king size. Es una pena pero deben de mejorar, ampliar o bajar el precio a la cama matrimonial y poner cama individual
