Staff was great. Room was clean. Location is fantastic. Room could use new towels, and a space heater for when it gets into the 30’s at night. Hot water takes about 10 min to get warm. Coffee maker in room or coffee in the lobby would be nice.

This hotel is located on a popular street in town. The decor of the lobby and the interior of the hotel are colorful and represents the culture of the region. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit small but if you are traveling light and need comfortable accommodations in a hotel that offers a unique experience this is the place. The street outside is lined with nice restaurants and shops. Very pedestrian friendly.

Hotel súper recomendable. Además de bonito, es muy cómodo, está super bien ubicado y el servicio es extraordinario. Si sales en algún tour muy temprano, te pueden preparar un box lunch super completo a muy buen precio. José Manuel (el dueño) siempre está atento y al pendiente de lo que necesitas, es sumamente amable.
