"We stayed in the Caracol suite. It was amazing. The room was large, spacious, and clean. The bed was comfortable, the shower hot with good water pressure, but best of all was the view from the jacuzzi balcony. We loved every minute of our stay!"

"Outside patio and pool area outstanding. Interior living room, furniture torn. Kitchen, excellent appliances. Kitchen was stocked with what appeared to be left overs from a garage sale.Understood all of the bedrooms were upstairs. The staircase was extremely steep and only one railing. One had to be extremely careful. Linens were old. There were no pillows in two bedrooms only shams. Contacted owner and he provided two. This house needs improvement in furnishings in my opinion to equal the cost."

"We stayed a month at Frank's comfortable condo. There was great views and it was mostly incredibly peaceful. We had a few issues with plumbing but Frank was incredibly responsive and was eager to make it right. "
