Hoteles.com no es más que un fraude. Me hicieron perder mis vacaciones. El dueño del establecimiento no alquila a través de ustedes ni nunca lo hizo. No existía reserva , en fin el número de reserva que ustedes me proporcionaron era falso como también el número de teléfono del establecimiento. Un total desastre.
