  • The apartment 'Kuenz Dolomiten Drau' is located in Vierschach / Versciaco and offers beautiful mountain views. The 66 m² accommodation features a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 7 guests.



    New since 2023: The sofa bed can be converted into a full-size bed with its own mattress for extra comfort.



    Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite TV, and a washing machine. A baby cot and high chair are also available for an extra fee.



    From December 2025, the kitchen will also be equipped with a dishwasher and a modern induction cooktop.



    The apartment has a private outdoor area with a balcony, where you can enjoy spectacular mountain views. A shared garden with a barbecue is also available for your use.



    There are 2 parking spaces on the property. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement and for an extra fee. Breakfast baskets are available on request and for an extra fee. A ski storage room is located in the main building. The accommodation offers homemade and homegrown products. Electricity is generated in an eco-friendly way using solar energy.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Views from the apartment are AMAZING! (We even saw an otter swimming in the river just off our balcony!) We had a wonderful stay. 4 adults 1 baby and we were very comfortable in the unit. Ski lift with a bar and an awesome restaurant is just a couple minutes walk. Bike trails are basically just outside the door. I wish the apartment had a few kitchen staples like salt, pepper, oil, and paper towels or additional hand towels, but otherwise it was perfect.
