"My first trip to San Francisco and I couldn’t have asked for a better location the pier is 2 blocks away everything is so walkable from this location, bonusTrader Joes is just around the block also. I am a solo female travel and I felt safe in and around this location. The restaurant and bar are a nice way to start or end your evening, if you prefer there is coffee and tea in the lobby where you can sit inside at the fireplace or outside in courtyard in the AM or enjoy your wine in evening with some-mores . The staff were so helpful and pleasant and readily answered or assisted with details to enable guest to enjoy their stay. I will definitely stay here when I travel to SFO! DYoung"

"We loved our stay at Hotel Zephyr. It’s eclectic and has a wonderful San Francisco vibe. Very clean and so close to fun things to do (walkable). Balcony views are awesome. "

"Our stay exceeded our expectations, the front desk was so friendly when checking us in and checking us out. We didn't know the Destination Fee came with so many benefits, we definitely took advantage of that. We were lucky enough to also get an upgrade, which we are very grateful for. Although we didn't need cleaning for our room, the maid was kind enough to ask us if we needed new towels. The location was very convenient as it is in the middle of downtown and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Valet is quite expensive per night though. The checkout process was very smooth. Would definitely stay here at the Westin again next time we're in the city"
