We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Santana. Great central location and well sized rooms. Excellent staff and breakfast is included in the price. No parking so be prepared to find street parking along the water or back of hotel along the water.

Tiny Private Island
Absolutely amazing stay on a tiny private island. We felt beyond welcome to this local little spot. Highly recommended.

The location is awesome of Shore from Flores where the sea breezes cool the hot night. The staff is friendly and helpful and all the services were excellent.

La atención es excelente, son personas muy amable, igual el aseo, es una isla privada muy tranquila y el desayuno es delicioso. Si tiene algunos problemitas y es principalmente el tener que depender de la lancha para entrar y salir porque si se está en Flores en nuestro caso costó localizar vía telefónica para que nos fueran a traer. Si sería bueno que indicaran esto en la referencia del Hotel, igualmente que indicaran que no es un restaurante porque es más un café, pasó que llegamos al hotel de noche, y aunque agradecimos grandemente que se molestaran en prepararnos algo para comer nos cobraron una cantidad exagerada ( para nosotros fue un total abuso) de 50 quetzales cada uno por un huevo y una cucharada de arroz con una agua de limón. Al ser el primer día si nos sentimos muy mal. Aunque debemos aceptar que se reinvidicaron con lo desayuno solo que si importante indicar esas cosas para que uno sepa algo reservar y planear el viaje, y si no cobrar semejante cantidad porque da muy mala impresión.
