This charming flat for up to 2 people has been designed with a modern aesthetic and decoration with attention to detail, offering a sophisticated and cosy atmosphere. It has a bright open space that combines living room, dining room and kitchen in perfect harmony. The living room, equipped with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV, invites you to relax, while the dining area and kitchenette kitchen have everything you need for a comfortable stay. From here, you have access to a cosy private terrace, ideal for enjoying a hearty breakfast in the open air. The bedroom offers an elegant king-size bed, ceiling fan and wardrobe, ensuring maximum comfort. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. With direct access to the communal pool, barbecue area and other outdoor spaces, perfect for moments of relaxation and enjoyment in the open air. In addition, for greater comfort, the property includes a private outdoor parking space and 1G/s WiFi fibre internet connection. The opening hours are as follows: Summer: 09:00 hrs - 20:00 hrs. Winter: 09:00 hrs - 18:00 hrs. The complex has two outdoor chambers, each pointing to one of the car parks.
