Modern villa with private pool for up to 6 people in the Salobre Golf Resort in the sunny south of Gran Canaria. The beautifully furnished villa with roof terrace and sundeck with pool is perfect to enjoy the sun in the south of Gran Canaria. The golf resort is located in a prime location in the south of the islands, just a few minutes drive from the golden sandy beaches of Maspalomas. The resort also has a Sheraton hotel, a supermarket, a restaurant and a golf school.



The house



Upstairs is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and access to the terrace, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with bath. On the ground floor there is 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 living room with dining area and kitchen.



The kitchen is well equipped with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. For entertainment guests have access to Internet (WIFI), satellite TV and a DVD player.



The outdoor area



In the outdoor area there is plenty of space to relax: either on the sun loungers on the roof terrace, at the dining table on the covered terrace or by the pool. The outdoor area has a covered terrace, dining area, sun loungers, gas grill, garden and private pool with electric pool heating (extra charge).
