The hotel itself is nice, the location is great, and the staff was friendly. I also had a massage during my stay, and that was honestly one of the highlights—the therapist was amazing. However, for how expensive this hotel is, I expected a lot more. The weather during my stay wasn’t great, and there were little to no indoor alternatives or activities to make up for it. For a hotel at this price point, there should definitely be better options for guests when the weather doesn’t cooperate. Another major issue was how much they charge for everything. It felt like every little thing came with an extra fee. I was even charged for a Coke from the minibar that I didn’t drink. On top of that, there were items placed in the room that looked complimentary, but ended up being charged, with no clear pricing or notice. That was very frustrating and misleading. The breakfast buffet was also disappointing. In my opinion, it was one of the worst I’ve seen—just a mix of random items that didn’t feel well put together or worth it. Overall, while the hotel is nice and the staff is kind, the experience didn’t match the price. Between the extra charges, lack of amenities during bad weather, and underwhelming food, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again."
