Sunset House Maspalomas in Playa del Inglés is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway with your loved ones. Enjoy a luxurious experience in Playa del Inglés, Maspalomas. This centrally located 180 m² bungalow features 2 bedrooms, a living room with sofa, space for 4 guests, a chill-out terrace, fully equipped kitchen, Balinese bed, a bathroom with heated shower, outdoor dining area, barbecue, and chill-out space. Guests have access to two communal pools, and the beach is just a 5-minute walk away, with the Yumbo Center only 2 minutes on foot.
The shared outdoor area includes a fenced pool, children's pool, and outdoor shower. The property is close to the beach and public transport links are within walking distance.
Free street parking is available. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed for an extra fee. Smoking indoors and parties are not permitted.
End-of-stay cleaning: Please leave the property in a reasonable state of order and cleanliness. In case of excessive dirt (accumulated trash, tough stains, significant disorder, etc.), an additional cleaning charge may apply for an extra fee.
