It is located in an exclusive private complex. Unlike the complexes in the area, this one is 100% residential, offers a lot of tranquility and high-level common areas, which our guests appreciate. It also has a large community pool and another for children. Maspalomas beach and Playa del Inglés are a 5-minute drive away through the magnificent sand dune park. ¨THIS PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN A RESIDENTIAL ESTATE, THEREFORE ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED THOSE ACTIVITIES THAT MAY BE ANNOYING TO THE NEIGHBORS¨ The house has three bedrooms, two with single beds and one with a double bed, a living room with two comfortable sofas, Smart TV with all the international channels (Spain, UK, Germany...) and all the sports in Europe such as the Spanish League, Premier League..., 600mb high-speed and unlimited Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Guests can prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. There are two full bathrooms, both with showers. The terrace has a lounger, dining table and a barbecue, where you can prepare an excellent barbecue. There is a cot available for children under two years of age. Please let us know when making your reservation, as the cot and high chair are only available on request. The complex has a large community pool with sun loungers and parasols for your enjoyment and is characterized by its tranquility and harmony, where you can relax while enjoying the sun. Maspalomas is a quiet tourist spot with a beautiful sandy beach and a great selection of bars, restaurants and cafes, all less than 20 minutes' walk from the apartment. The Maspalomas golf course can be reached in just five minutes on foot. The surrounding region offers many other great beaches to explore. Las Palmas, the island's main settlement, is a 30-minute drive down the coast. In Maspalomas/Playa del Inglés you do not need a car. With bus or taxi (very cheap) you can reach all places of interest. The journey from the house to the idyllic Maspalomas beach by taxi is less than €5 and 5 minutes. There is a bus stop and taxis nearby to be able to move to the beach or to any area you want. Als wir ankamen, hatte er uns auch schon Lebensmittel eingekauft. Die Wohnung und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr gepflegt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht (Gewürze, Waschmittel, Spülmaschinentaps, Handtücher, Bettwäsche etc.). Accommodation spacious for 6 people. Well located and easy to find from the airport. Peaceful location with supermarket and restaurants a five minute walk away. We hired a car and never had any problems parking. Complex well maintained with a lovely pool a short distance from the villa however we did not use the pool as it was unheated and quite cold.The villa was spotlessly clean and well equipped and as described on the website.The secluded terrace was lovely to sit out and enjoy the sunshine with comfortable furniture. Pablo was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and activities and also very responsive when we had a couple of questions. A lovely holiday which we enjoyed very much! Own terrace with barbecue was nice, and the villa is only 20 m from the pool. Pablo was most helpful with recommendations on services & restaurants, normally a reply to a question in whatsapp came within minutes. Small supermarket for daily shopping only 5 min walk away. And the steak restaurant Toro Piedra at Faro 2 shopping centre served us well quite a few times. Thanks a lot, we really enjoyed our holiday! ##### Ilkka K. Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten ruhigen und sicheren Anlage. Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben - alles, was man brauchte - war vorhanden. Das Domizil war ausgesprochen gepflegt und auch während des Aufenthaltes hat die Reinigungsdame umfangreich geputzt, Handtücher getauscht und die Betten frisch bezogen. Der Vermieter - Pablo - ist reizend und sehr um das Wohl seiner Gäste besorgt. Wir benötigten einen Arzt und auch in dieser Situation stand er uns hilfreich zur Seite. Ich würde diese Haus jederzeit weiter empfehlen. Besonders zu erwähnen ist, der Pool ist gegenüber direkt am Haus und wird nur wenig genutzt. Nur ab und zu liegt jemand am Pool, es ist dadurch eine private Atmosphäre. Restaurants und Supermarkt fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
