Pool Features
Freeform style, roman steps for accessing the pool, poolside shower, heatable at an extra cost (optional), 7 metres long, 4 metres wide and 0.90 - 1,40 metres deep.

**The Swimming pool is heatable (optional service with a surcharge), only hirable for the whole duration of your stay.

**One baby stays free of charge in a babycot, a highchair will be provided as well (on request).

** A security deposit is required for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection.

**This property is located within a residential area, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.

**Late check in carries the following extra charges:

-Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30
-Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50
-Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80
