This property counts on a great swimming pool (8 m x3.5 m), BBQ and a fantastic terrace. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, full equipped kitchen, private parking, this house is doubtlessly a winner for a family and friends holiday.

Enjoy a BBQ by the pool in this outstanding lodging which is only a short drive from main beaches such as Maspalomas, Meloneras, Supermarkets, shops... You can even bring along your dog! This is a house designed for our most demanding customers.

Pool Features
Rectangular style, poolside shower, roman steps to access the pool border, pool heating service (optional) with a surcharge, 8 metres long, 3,5 metres wide and 1,4 metres deep.

Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00.

A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.

A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.

Conditions

This property is located in a residential area. Therefore, parties, events, or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden. Music, especially outdoors, is not to be played from 22:00 to 08:00.

Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.

Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.

A deposit of 1000€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.

One pet is allowed paying a fee of 100€ per stay.

Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

Fantastic Villa

Veldig flott hus og uteområde. Topp basseng. Rolig område. Man hører bare duene kurre, av og til noen hunder gjø i nabolaget. Moderne og stilfullt. Rent. Gode senger. Praktiske bad. Velutstyrt kjøkken. Eneste lille minus: 900 m til nærmeste butikk er litt langt, men billig å kjøre taxi. Alt i alt en fantastisk opplevelse!
