- Modern villa or house with private pool on one level, located in a very quiet residential environment and just 5 minutes by car from the famous Dunes and Playa de Maspalomas in Gran Canaria and 2 minutes from the golf course. It is a private house that covers more than 350 m2 of plot, stands out for its comfortable equipment and its spaciousness. It also has a large private pool with hydromassage and an outdoor terrace with a barbecue.
This exclusive rental house with private pool in Gran Canaria, Maspalomas, one with 2 single beds and the other two with double beds. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower and there is an additional fully equipped bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning (hot and cold).
In addition, there is a spacious living room, from where you can enjoy the views of the terrace and a fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils ...
