40m2 flats on the seafront with a garden area perfect for relaxing and sunbathing by the sea. They have a well-equipped kitchen, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom, living room with sofa bed and terrace with table and chairs.  
  
The Maypa building has been designed so that you will lack for nothing during your holidays in Maspalomas. So that you can enjoy the good weather of the Canary Islands, we have flats with a beautiful terrace and others with wonderful sea views.
