With direct views of the Atlantic Ocean this house offers the perfect balance between comfort, privacy, and a privileged location The house is divided over two floors: Ground floor Spacious terrace with a private pool (5.80 x 3.00 x 1.40 m), Balinese bed, sun loungers, outdoor dining area with table and chairs and outdoor sofas for relaxing in the fresh air. Open-plan living room and kitchen with large sliding doors that open directly onto the terrace, allowing you to enjoy the sea views. The living room includes a 65" Smart TV with international channels. Fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, Italian and filter coffee makers, wine fridge, and all necessary utensils. 1 bedroom with a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m) and walk-in wardrobe. 1 full bathroom with shower. Private garage with space for 2 cars. Landscaped outdoor areas. Upper floor (access via stairs) 1 master bedroom with double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m). 1 bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m). 1 bedroom with a trundle bed, convertible into 2 single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m). 1 bathroom with shower.
