Very modern recently renovated apartment with Ac and swimming pool. It is just a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. Beds are all really comfortable, beach towels and bath towels provided. Dany is great he met us at the apartment and showed us everything and then came back, picked us u and took us to buy football tickets to see Last Palmas v Real Madrid! He then sent directions to the stadium and kept in touch through the whole week. Everything is very close by, pools are great and complex is spotless. I will definitely be going back. I can highly recommend this apartment. We were a family of 4 and we had 4 friends meet us there. The apartment was more than big enough even with 4 adults and 4 large children in it. My only criticism is small. There were 3 of us but there were just 2 sets of keys. Otherwise perfect. HomeAway on the other hand were less that helpful. I’d to make 3 phonecalls before I found someone (in Texas) who could help me. I agreed with the landlord that I would pay the safety deposit to him in cash on the day we check in. HomeAway wanted to take the 250€ almost 5 weeks BEFORE we travelled. They would hold MY money for 5 weeks, gaining interest. This is outrageous. I will not be using HomeAway again.
