Traumhafter Blick aufs Meer. Die Räume sind ansprechend eingerichtet und technisch gut ausgestattet, Geschirr und Besteck leider billig und lückenhaft. Die Umgebung hat ihre beste Zeit hinter sich, in angrenzenden Straßen sogar einsturzgefährdete Ruinen. Treppen zu den nördlich gelegenen Stränden teilweise gesperrt und ebenfalls einsturzgefährdet. Fußwege schmutzig, Hundekot. Absolute Parkplatznot - abends kann man seinen Wagen in größerem Umkreis nur noch auf gesperrten Flächen oder anderweitig verkehrswidrig abstellen. ##### Georg v. Ein wunderschönes, grosszügiges Appartement mit atemberaubender Aussicht auf den Atlantik aus jedem Zimmer. Das Rauschen des Meeres werden wir vermissen! Die Wohnung ist top eingerichtet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Aufgrund der Bilder und der Beschreibung waren unsere Erwartungen hoch und sie wurden sogar übertroffen!... Wir haben schon viele Ferienwohnungen erlebt, aber noch nie haben wir eine derart gut ausgestattete Küche angetroffen! Wir hatten ein paar wirklich schöne Tage in der Jungle-Suite. Es war alles genau wie beschrieben. Viel Platz für 2, moderne Einrichtung und eine schöne, windgeschützte Terrasse. Da wir es nicht so laut und voller Action mögen, war es genau das richtige für uns. 3 der besten Restaurants von San Agustin waren in Laufweite, ebenso wie der Fahrradverleih Freemotion und das war perfekt für uns. Einen Parkplatz fürs Auto haben wir auch immer gefunden und ein kleiner Supermarkt mit allem was man braucht, war zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig und man kann den ganzen Tag auf der Terrasse geniessen ohne gestört zu werden. Victorio hat alle Fragen superschnell beantwortet und die Schlüsselübergabe sowie Rückgabe war völlig stressfrei. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! ##### Benedikt H. La única solución que nos dieron fue que estuviésemos 3 días en otro apartamento que ni se aproximaba a la calidad del reservado y otros 7 días en otro diferente que no llegamos ni a ver porque al segundo día nos buscamos otro apartamento por nuestra cuenta. Si no se cumple con lo pactado, al cliente siempre se le da una alternativa igual o superior a la contratada, (aunque signifique perder dinero porque el error ha sido suyo) no una manifiestamente inferior. Todo ello sin contar con el disgusto de encontrarte con que la isla está ocupada casi al 100% y tener que buscarte otro alojamiento por tus propios medios. Una gestión nefasta. Desde luego, no lo recomendaré en absoluto. ##### Mar R. The photo's were up to date and the view in person is even better. The room was very clean and tidy upon arrival. Die Betreuung durch den sympathischen Vermieter war perfekt. Wir kommen sicher wieder! Der Sandstrand von San Augustin liegt gleich in der Nähe. Restaurant-Tipps: A. Die Fotos können den Eindruck nur schwach wiedergeben. Sonnenaufgang vom Bett aus und -untergang vom Sofa aus. Die Ruhe ist absolut bis auf Wind und Meeresrauschen. Der Atlantik liegt vor einem und schon dieser Blick ist eine Reise wert. Das Appartement ist hochwertig ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Der Vermieter ist vor Ort und schaut nach dem Rechten. Er ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich um seine Mieter. Besser geht es nicht. ##### Sinan P. Bewertung abgeben zu dürfen. Hier findet man einen wunderbaren Ort der Ruhe vor. Wir haben uns hervorragend erholt und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Alleine dieser Meerblick und das Rauschen des Meeres sind herrlich, ungestört vom Massentourismus. Wie häufig erlebt man, dass die Fotos eines Urlaubsdomizils mit der Realität nur wenig übereinstimmen. Nicht so bei diesem Objekt - unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als erfüllt. Das Appartement, so wie die komplette Anlage wurden kürzlich sehr geschmackvoll renoviert, alles neuwertig. Gut durchdachte, großzügige Einbauschränke, neue Einbauküche, hervorragendes Bett, toller Flachbildschirm.......ich muss aufhören zu schwärmen, sonst gehen wir das Risiko ein, dass wir beim nächsten Buchen des Appartements von Victorio zu hören bekommen: "Alles belegt". Victorio ist sehr sympathisch, aufgeschlossen und hat uns prima betreut. Sehr aufmerksam wurden wir in der Wohnung mit Süßigkeiten und einem Adventskalender empfangen.
