Recently refurbished and completely new this holiday accommodation offers the possibility to enjoy the pleasure of swimming in the ocean and at the same time the privacy of having your own pool. Bungalow San Agustin ET1 has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens, and most importantly with its own private swimming pool (not heatable) and a large garden with dining area. This charming townhouse in the south of Gran Canaria has a privileged location just a few metres from the beach of San Agustín and all the services are within walking distance. A stone's throw from restaurants, supermarkets or anything else you might need during your holiday. This beautiful beach house also has air conditioning and a private parking space. A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels. A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age. Conditions This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden. Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass. A deposit of 400 € is required to cover possible damages that may be caused.
