Private: terrace, barbecue, public parking on the road. Shop, grocery, supermarket, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "San Agustín" 750 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: airfield 40 km from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
