Imelda, I would like to apologize for the inconviences you encountered during your stay with us. We will always try our best to accommodate early check-ins if they are available, unfortunately the room type you reserved had been sold out on the previous night therefore we had to wait until our check out time of 11am to allow housekeeping to enter the room for cleaning. After further investigation, the room type of the guest you are refering to is a different room type that was available for an early check-in. Housekeeping had recieved your room first to clean to ensure we could get you checked in as soon as possible. We will always try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but please note our check in time is at 3:00pm and it is at that time that we can guarentee your room, any time before then is subject to availability.

We pride ourselves on being able to provide the best service possible, unfortunately with the elevator being out of service it has put a damper on that, but it is something that we are in the process of getting fixed. We do have irons avaiable on the property upon request however if they are currently checked out by other guests then we do have to wait until they are brought back to be checked out again.
