No hot water in the shower, but they have a heated pool. The pool is the only good thing about this hotel. The rooms had flimsy doors that barely locked. They turn off the water every night. No WiFi. TV costs extra. And very far from all the good beaches. Stay away

Ratón muerto en los jacuzzis

El hotel en términos generales está bien, la atención es buena pero les falta limpieza ya que en las piscinas pequeñas encontramos un ratón muerto que se notaba que ya llevaba ahí varios días, esto hizo que no volviéramos a usar este servicio de piscina, nosotros sacamos el ratón de la piscina y le informamos al pie uñero quien lo botó a la basura, pero no sabemos si las cerró h las limpio ya que esos animales tienen muchas enfermedades

Services offered in expedia are not delivered in site (no wifi in bedroom nor in most of the hotel). Food was really bad and there is no real place for outside sitting, facilities are old and poorly maintained. Pésima hotel, mala atención, mala y poco variedad de comida, las instalaciones son viejas, la Puertas de la habitación se abrían sola, no tenía control del aire acondicionado, era frío o caliente, el hotel está bastante lejos de la ciudad, no tienen lugares de hidratación ni buses de acercamiento, pagamos por wifi y no había señal en todo el hotel. Al final no atamos por un servicio que no fue dado completamente, las comidas las teníamos que comprar afuera, ya que se agotaba antes de la hora del cierre del almuerzo. El bar malo, la cerveza un saco y lo servían en vasos chicos y la lata quedaba abierta, un asco.

No me gusto nada, las fotos en la pagina son de 10 años atras, la calidad de la comida muy mala y no varian, la dejan acabar y no la reponen facilmente no comes nada, no hay agua en las habitaciones, no te dan control para encender ,apagar o cambiar la temperatura, el control de tv no sirve tienes que pararte para cambiarlo o apagarlo, el personal de servicio no es nada atento, Recomiendo a Expedia dejar de ofertar este hotel. NO LO RECOMIENDO

Most of the hotel rooms in bad condition Food was bad.service in the vip area for the food was cold poor variaty they reapt everyday same food bad service bad attitude they would run out of food in the vip area, the normal buffet area was fuller with big line up but the food was warm. They changed my room and send me to the last building and the last room having to take the stairs 4 floors up didn’t consider correct since I’m pregnant with 31 weeks. My husband tried the licor and it was really bad we think it is fake licor since it’s so common in Colombia for people to sell and make fake licor which is a hazard for human health. The slide was broken jacuzzi too lazy river doesn’t function

The good was delicious, that alone deserves 5 stars. We got to eat in the restaurant on the second floor of the lobby and the staff there was phenomenal. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the rest of the staff. This places needs better administration because it has sooo much potential.

Workers are vere nice but the rooms are so bad.. dirty and old .. beds are not good and bathroom smelly. Food is bad and the checkin -check out time is not good. Furnitures are old and falling apart... only value I saw was the people. Building is not bad but deterioration is great ...
