We will probably rent this same property next year. Overall, we were very satisfied. Apartment could stand a little (not much) TLC with some low cost fixes. Property manager, who was extremely helpful, assured me she would initiate those repairs. Apartment is on a quiet neighborhood but close enough to the beach. No need to rent a car and parking would be a problem anyway. The pool was clean and very nice but older. The pool area is in the shade most of the day. ##### Henry T. Quand nous sommes arrivés, l’appartement était très propre et ça sentait très bon. La communication était facile avec l’hôte et la personne responsable sur place. La administradora la señora Mónica muy amable y cooperativa con todo ,una anécdota del buen servicio es que en un transporte mi pasaporte lo dejé caer sin darme cuenta y cuando le comuniqué ella enseguida me lo recupero y me lo trajo de vuelta mil gracias por su amabilidad.. El lugar muy céntrico ,cerca de playas,comercios y restaurantes.
