Walk-in shower and separate WC. 2 terraces, one of which is 40 sq m and sheltered. Walking, jogging, mountain biking or road cycling trails start from the house. After exercise, relax on the terrace or in the oak grove (garden furniture) or go for a swim 5 minutes walk from the house. Barbecue to recharge your batteries, or go to the café-restaurant 100m away, do your shopping at the summer market in the restaurant square or at the supermarket 5 minutes by car. Nearby attractions include the Aven d'Orgnac, the Chauvet cave, various markets, shopping, canoeing and kayaking departing from the village... RENTAL FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY

Situation de la maison exceptionnelle. Elle se trouve juste au dessus de l'Ardèche et en plein centre de Sampzon. On trouve toutes les commodités nécessaires à moins de 10 minutes et surtout énormément d'activités tout autour du gîte.
