"Overall a good guest house with some problems. It is very close to Registan square but not close to Timur mausoleum where most tours start. Breakfast is included and nice enough but served in a basement room with no windows. For me this was unpleasant. The front desk person is a very nice guy trying to be helpful but he does not speak any English. Difficult communication. Rooms are very large but not necessarily to my taste. Bright white lights everywhere. Needs more soft yellow lighting in the rooms. WiFi did not work in my room. Had to go to the common area often. You are expected to take off your shoes at the entrance of the hotel. I find this weird especially since the carpets inside have plenty of stains. Lastly I’m not sure why they call it a boutique hotel. It is a regular guest house."
"У этого отеля хорошее месторасположение. До многих достопримечательностей можно добраться пешком. Персонал услужливый. Но завтраки очень бедные и в ванной комнате очень неприятный запах стоит. К тому же будьте готовы что из туалетных принадлежностей предоставляют только мыло и шампунь, гель для душа отсутствует."
"There are positive and negative aspects. The building is clean and has character (high ceilings and moldings). Its location is in a wonderful park that we thoroughly enjoyed during our stay. Went to restaurants and cafes. People watched. But the downside is that our small room had no AC for three nights. The staff did not take care of it after the first complaint. And could not fix it after the second. "
"Great staff. Nice clean room. Breakfast team are great, even with challenging guests. Enjoyed my staff in a great location, with a short walk to Registon."
"The hotel was immaculate, 100% would stay again! A grand building with beautiful painting in the lobby, and huge array of food for breakfast, and clean rooms. Also had a sauna and pool included in our stay for free which was lovely. Also the location is ideal for walking everywhere to all the famous monuments. The BEST thing was the hotel staff at front desk they went out of the way to make us feel welcomed, and the staff are credit to the hotel. As I had my birthday there they got me a painting as I showed interested in their painting in the lobby. Such a beautiful stay, thank you so much!"
