Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
They never receive my reservation so they said. Dirty room. Dead bug under the bed. Ants on the bed. Very thin a reap sheet and pillow cases. No blankets, and no hot water in the Middle of the night. The only good thing were the service boy and the pool.
