"Overall a great stay! The code system Numa uses is very efficient and safe for accessing our room and various parts of the building. Comfortable room & bed. We also loved the laundry room to clean some of our clothes. A bit of a walk from the main part of the city, but the price reflects this. There is an amazing breakfast place called Idealist nearby. Our check in was slightly delayed due to our room not being cleaned on time which is the only reason for not giving 5 stars."

"Hotel location is great and walkable to various places such as old town, Mirabelle palace, etc. The room is nice too. My only problem is tve locatik. of the tv which is just above the desk. I hit my head several times. The breakfast was not worth it for the cost of €15. There is also no staff and guest service you need to call outside which was not clear aa there are no instructions in the room."

"This hotel has thought of everything in the design of the rooms to maximize space while remaining functional. There are tons of hooks to hang things to dry, the shower was fantastic, with good water pressure and enough space. Location is great, we felt safe and were walking distance to both the old town and new town, and right next to the train station. The room was very sound proof even though we were right next to the elevator. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we appreciated having a public transit pass included."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was pleasantly surprised by how easy and seamless the check-in process was. Everything was done through the app, and I could simply contact the host via WhatsApp using a QR code. The host responded very quickly and made the whole check-in process effortless. It was also incredibly easy to access the apartment. Each apartment has its own unique access code, which makes everything very convenient and stress-free. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and everything I needed was provided. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped, and overall, I had a great experience staying here. Very convenient, clean, easy, and well-organized. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it!"

"We had a great stay in Salzburg. The staff was very helpful on things to do in the area and recommended the Salzburg Card. We took full advantage by seeing museums, a cable car ride, the famous fortress and even doing the Toboggan Ride. This is a great place for a 2-3 day stay. The hotel was conveniently located and we even used their on site sauna."
