The hotel is in a good location and was a quick walk to the old town, a bus stop to the airport is nearby and it was a 15 minute walk for us from the train station. The staff on the front desk are so helpful. The rooms are nice and the beds were comfortable.

This is a quaint hotel with sufficient amenities and in a good location. What made this stay spectacular was Markus, the front desk clerk. He could not have been more helpful nor pleasant. This will be our choice if we return to Salzburg.

Convenient location; artistic hotel; good staff

Location is very convenient to visit the city by walk or avail public transportation. One of the staff, Paula was very attentive to detail and very polite and welcoming. Rooms were clean and WiFi was quite good… Breakfast spread was decent and relishing. Overall a very comfortable stay.
