In a hamlet with 8 houses 4 km from the centre of Salviac, 17 km from the centre of Gourdon, 34 m from the centre of Cahors, in a quiet position, in the countryside. Private: garden (not fenced) with lawn, swimming pool fenced (10 x 5 m, depth 100 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 15. May. - 31. Oct.) with alarm system. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, grocery 4 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 10 km, bus stop "Dégagnac" 10 km. Tennis 4 km. Please note: car recommended.
    3-room house 90 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful and rustic furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and TV (flat screen). Exit to the garden. Kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower, sep. WC. Boiler (200 litres). Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 3 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Electric heating. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (5). Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, logs (free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Relaxing holiday

Stayed here for a week, wish it could have been longer. The property was spotlessly clean and everything we needed was available to us. The electric tripped on our second day and the owner came around immediately to correct it. Regarding the owners, lovely couple who checked in on us to make sure everything was ok, but we’re not invasive at all. Would happily go back and highly recommend this house for the friendliness of the owners and the beautiful location. Merci mon amies

Traumhafte Entspannung

Zu zweit mit einem Hund unterwegs, hat dieses Ferienhaus alles, was wir für einen absolut entspannten und trotzdem aktiven Urlaub erwartet haben. Der Pool war traumhaft und sauber, das Haus rustikal, aber mit allem eingerichtet, was das Herz begehrt. Sehr großes Grundstück und vom Preis absolut angemessen. Der Besitzer sehr nett und zuverlässig. Wir kommen wieder!

Le calme

Belle surprise, maison au calme et rustique, mais très bien équipée, tout comme on voulait, très bien isolée, on trouve de la fraîcheur intérieure. La grande piscine privée est sécurisée , un vrai bonheur, c'est un petit paradis paisible isolé en campagne. Les propriétaires aux petits soins et à l'écoute. On trouve tous les commerces à 7 mns, je recommande et suis prête à revenir. Mme B.

Koud beneden, warm boven

Heerlijk koel huis, dikke muren. Ook hij 34 graden 3 weken lang. Slaapkamer was wel erg warm. Dakraam kon de bocht wel open, geen last van muggen en er waren een aantal ventilatoren. Beneden ramen kunnen wel wat horren gebruiken.

Tot rust gekomen

Ons 2e vakantieweekje in een fijn huisje met een grote tuin rondom. Heerlijke zwembad met ligbedden en een hele aardige eigenaars. We komen graag een keer terug.

Terug naar de natuur 2

Vorig jaar september hier twee weken geweest dat was zo goed bevallen dat we dit jaar in juni weer twee weken zijn gegaan! Heerlijke plek met heel veel tuin en ruimte om tot rust te komen, s’morgens uit het slaapkamerraam kijken en een hert zien lopen! Maar ook leuke uitstapjes je bent zo in de Dordogne oa de tuinen van Eyrignac bezocht maar ook Figeac en Cahors blijven heel leuk. Hele attente charmante verhuurder die het je graag naar de zin maakt en een geweldige omgeving voor onze hond!

Heerlijke vakantie gehad, huisje heeft veel grond ligt achter heg, genoten van het privé zwembad, veel vogelsoorten, oa goudhaantje, boomklever, roodstaart zelfs een vos op het terrein gezien, hele vriendelijke eigenaar, huis heeft dikke muren, dat en de luiken dicht houd het koel, dicht bij de Dordogne, domme, sarlat maar ook cahor is allemaal goed te doen. Wij gaan zeker nog een keer terug, ook onze herder heeft er genoten van alle vrijheid

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette jolie maison sur un très grand terrain. Même si le terrain n'est pas clôturé, nous étions tout de même isolé de part la végétation. Idéal pour séjour au calme. Très bon accueil de la part des propriétaires.

Une maison authentique dans une grande propriété arborée, cachée au fond d'un hameau! Des propriétaires très sympathiques, qui ne demandent que le confort des vacanciers. Très belle piscine, et bien entrevue. Je recommande vivement!!

Sans enlever pour autant la gentillesse des propriétaires et leur disponibilité, cette location a de gros problèmes de termites et de souris. Ceci a été très désagréable pendant le séjour.
