Old, comfortable cottage "Le Champ du Lac", surrounded by trees. In a hamlet with 8 houses 4 km from the centre of Salviac, 17 km from the centre of Gourdon, 34 m from the centre of Cahors, in a quiet position, in the countryside. Private: garden (not fenced) with lawn, swimming pool fenced (10 x 5 m, depth 100 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 31.Oct.) with alarm system. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, grocery 4 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 10 km, bus stop "Dégagnac" 10 km. Tennis 4 km. Please note: car recommended.
3-room house 90 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful and rustic furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and TV (flat screen). Exit to the garden. Kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower, sep. WC. Boiler (200 litres). Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 3 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Electric heating. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (5). Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, logs (free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Heerlijke vakantie gehad, huisje heeft veel grond ligt achter heg, genoten van het privé zwembad, veel vogelsoorten, oa goudhaantje, boomklever, roodstaart zelfs een vos op het terrein gezien, hele vriendelijke eigenaar, huis heeft dikke muren, dat en de luiken dicht houd het koel, dicht bij de Dordogne, domme, sarlat maar ook cahor is allemaal goed te doen. Wij gaan zeker nog een keer terug, ook onze herder heeft er genoten van alle vrijheid

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette jolie maison sur un très grand terrain. Même si le terrain n'est pas clôturé, nous étions tout de même isolé de part la végétation. Idéal pour séjour au calme. Très bon accueil de la part des propriétaires.

Relaxing holiday

Stayed here for a week, wish it could have been longer. The property was spotlessly clean and everything we needed was available to us. The electric tripped on our second day and the owner came around immediately to correct it. Regarding the owners, lovely couple who checked in on us to make sure everything was ok, but we’re not invasive at all. Would happily go back and highly recommend this house for the friendliness of the owners and the beautiful location. Merci mon amies
