Começo fazendo a avaliação pelo condomínio que é muito bem localizado, local com muita natureza e piscina maravilhosa. A casa é espaçosa e confortável para 4 pessoas e 1 criança, os lençóis muitos cheirosos, entretanto a casa não vem tendo manutenção, pois o ar condicionado do quarto do casal faz bastante barulho e incomoda um pouco e o fogão só funciona 2 bocas, a limpeza da casa também deixou a desejar, muita poeira e teia de aranha nos móveis, persianas.
