Incredible 2 bedroom apartment, located in the Vila do Lago Residential Condominium, with great connection with nature (area of ​​25 thousand meters), as well as excellent leisure options, with swimming pools (adults and children), sports courts, sauna and children's playground . Another big difference is the excellent location, being close to the main points of interest in the Praia do Forte region, such as Praia do Eco Resort and the Instituto Baleia Jubarte.  
  
We take care of the house with great care and care, with the aim of providing you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay. \*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;  
  
\*\*A deposit of R$ 600,00must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);  
  
\*\*\*Water and electricity fees are charged according to consumption at the end of the stay.  
  
Located in the Vila do Lago Residential Condominium, the space has 2 bedrooms (1 suite) with air conditioning, an air-conditioned living room, as well as a full kitchen. The composition of the rooms is as follows: - Suite 1: 1 Double bed, TV, closets and split air conditioning. - Bedroom 1: 1 single bed, 1 single mattress, fan, window with shutters.  
Guests will have access to the entire space of the apartment without restrictions. As already shown through the photos and description, all the comfort and leisure options in my property, it is also located close to restaurants, bars, beaches and all the nightlife options in the region. Praia do Forte is an excellent place to be in contact with nature and rest on the beautiful beaches. In addition, its intense night life, with many options of bars and restaurants, is a strong port of the location. All these attractions make my space an excellent choice to suit different types of tastes, as it has the balance between peace, rest and night life.
