Em especifico fiquei em um quarto que me atenderia bem, porém tinha um barulho que me incomodou muito (provavelmente vinha do elevador ) após a primeira noite solicitei a mudança de quarto e informaram que não havia nenhum disponível, fiquei mais um noite neste quarto a qual não dormi direito, fato que impactou no meu dia, pois fiquei extremamente cansada, que tem sono leve aconselhou que não fique no quarto 410.

O ar condicionado funcionou mto bem! A limpeza do quarto foi ok, banheiro com sabonete e papel higiênico. Porém houve alguns pontos que deixou a desejar, pouca tomada no quarta, nenhuma perto da cama ou arredores, o café da manhã faltou uma opção de pão de queijo, saladinha de frutas. Os funcionários são bem receptivos. Faltou deixar umas opções de água mineral no frigobar também

Existia um aviso no banheiro que dizia que a troca de enxoval era feita a cada dois dias. O que nao ocorreu, só trocaram nosso enxoval após pedirmos 3 vezes. Após 4 dias. O ar condicionado vivia desligando sozinho, acordavamos a noite com calor. A agua quente só pegava quando bem entendia. Fomos chamar o porteiro de madrugada pra nos ajudar com o ar-condicionado e ele estava dormindo com as portas do hotel abertas. No outro dia tinha polícia militar lá falando com um casal de hospedes no nosso andar. O elevador vivia quebrado. Pra piorar acho que hotel tem assombração kkkkk a porta do elevador se abriu sozinha sem ninguem empurrar (é daqueles elevadores antigos) e acordei com alguem puxando meu pé, achei que era meu marido, mas ele tinha saído pra correr e eu estava sozinha. Enfim, nunca mais vou e não recomendo a ngm.

A minha experiência foi a pior possível. Cheguei ao quarto que apresentava mofo nos rodapés, sem tomadas elétricas suficientes e sem identificação da voltagem. A fechadura da porta muito velha e não fechava adequadamente, comprometendo a segurança e privacidade do hóspede. Cheguei me reorganizei e fiz o check out. Uma experiência horrível. Não recomendo a ninguém.

A primeira decepção foi que me mudaram de hotel sem me comunicar antes do pagamento, um hotel 8km mais longe do que eu escolhi, no dia 24/11 passamos o dia todo sem uma gota e água, no meio do banho acabou a água uma experiência terrível, o atendente Matheus não teve nem um pouco de empatia, em contra partida o Marlon e a Fabiana do Express um atendimento excelente fizeram o possível para me ajudar.
