**We do not charge an electricity fee for an average daily consumption of up to 30 kWh. If consumption exceeds this amount, the surplus will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are included in the rate; for reservations of 15 nights or more, charges will be based on actual consumption.

**A security deposit of R$ 600.00 is required. Payment must be made via bank transfer within 7 days of reservation confirmation, and the refund will be processed within 7 business days after check-out (for New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount is doubled);

***You must submit identification documents for all guests for registration and access clearance at the security gate/property. We do not allow visitors!

**** Each floor features a bathroom with a cold-water shower, designed specifically for rinsing off beach sand after returning from the sea
