With a rooftop pool offering ocean views, it creates a unique space to relax and soak up the sun. The apartment is designed to provide well-being with its carefully decorated spaces, offering a distinctive stay experience with comfortable furnishings and all the essentials to make you feel at home. Additionally, the privileged location provides easy access to restaurants, bars, and other leisure options, ensuring you enjoy coastal life to the fullest with the convenience of having everything you need just steps away. Whether you're relaxing by the pool, exploring the surrounding natural beauty, or enjoying the local nightlife, this apartment offers a complete and unforgettable experience. The apartment features a kitchen equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, water dispenser, refrigerator, blender, air fryer, sandwich maker, 4-burner cooktop, and oven, as well as an intercom. In the laundry area, there is a washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron. The living room includes an electronic lock, sofa bed, 55" TV, high-speed internet (300 MB), and blackout curtains. The bathroom offers a hair dryer and hot water shower. The bedroom includes air conditioning, hangers, a single bed, and blackout curtains. During the Salvador Carnival period, the use of the parking space is restricted and therefore not available to guests. This is due to vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall. For leisure moments, our condominium offers a modern gym, a refreshing communal pool, a sauna, and a laundry room. In addition, for those who need to stay productive during their stay, we provide a coworking space. Please note that some of these amenities require advance booking and their use is subject to an additional condominium fee. The pool is usually closed on Mondays for treatment, but it may also be closed on other days for maintenance by the condominium management. We are committed to providing an exceptional experience during your stay in our condominium. Communication with guests is carried out as promptly as possible to make them feel welcome, through the platform and also by phone. Our check-in is self-check-in, without my physical presence. Barra is a special neighborhood where the sun and sea are always present, and everything is just a few steps away. This neighborhood is home to the best shopping center and the best beach in the city. Here you will find acarajé, coconut water, and a unique sunset. Farol da Barra: one of the most famous landmarks in Salvador. Praia do Porto da Barra: known for its calm waters and natural beauty. Shopping Barra: located just 350m from the apartment, offering a wide variety of shops and services. Porto da Barra: just 450m away, perfect for a relaxing day at the beach. 1 Parking Space Available Taxi Stands During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it.
