Beautiful location but staff was a bit cold and not too helpful. Simple things you would expect, like a bell hop for your bags and a functioning refrigerator leaves a little to be desired. If not using spa on premises not sure the hotel meets its price point.

The room was freezing cold. We had to ask to turn on the heater at 2am because there was no way to control it from the room. It turned on and then turned off again. We were freezing all night.
