Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this classy, eclectic little Chateau. Staff was always very accommodating. Will definite plan to come back. This is a little little jewel in the desert made for relaxation.

I just had an amazing experience at this resort, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the stunning scenery to the top-notch service, everything exceeded my expectations. The accommodations were incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were impressive. Whether you want to relax by the pool, enjoy gourmet dining, or explore outdoor activities, this place truly has it all. If you’re looking for a perfect getaway, this resort is the ideal choice!

The room my family received was out dated, kitchen floor panels were loose and needed to be replaced. The reason I gave it a 2 star was due to me having to request for towels multiple times and after waiting over 4 hours, I went out to the store to purchase our own towels. I reported this issue with the receptionist and she was very understanding and ensured the maintenance supervisor was notified. At checkout I asked for a print out of my total charges and was provided a document and told to add all the charge for a grand total. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced here at this resort.
