Great location downtown

Anything you need is within walking distance of this hotel. Although it is definitely showing its age, there was ongoing maintenance to the facility. Parking available in the basement.

The place was dirty , dusty waiting area, tv was not working, the pool they advertised was empty, half of the buildings was abandoned and dirty, it smells old , we had no choice but stay , the reservation was non refundable, curtains broken , terrible ! A complete disappointment to what they advertised fake pictures, and the price way to high to what the offer a spooky hunted building, to bad is located on the heart of the city, that was the reason I booked it trusting on the location and on the advertise , wish I can get my money back😔

Lo unico bueno del hotel es su personal que trata de ser amable con los clientes que evidentemente estamos molestos al ver las pesimas condiciones del lugar alberca sucia, climas que tiran agua dentro del cuarto, nos cobraron desayuno que por cierto es muy limitado y no lo querían hacer valido, solo funciona un elevador, todo es viejo y muy usado, la taza del baño se mueve, y los colchones en pesimas condiciones, y la ubicación es en el centro de Saltillo pero en una zona que se ve y se siente no segura.

Jamas pongo comentarios en Expedia pero esta vwz me senti estafado en México Extremadamente dañado , alfombra muy sucia, paredes cuarteadas , el baño tiraba agua , despintado ,todo el Hotel parece película de terror, lastima de la ubicación y las fotos no son reales, pague 1300 pesos por una habitación del terror, este hotel debe ser derrumbado, al piso del estacionamiento le puseron cera y esta demasiado resbaloso y la entrada es muy declinada y angosta, se siente uno inseguro pues de una patada abren la puerta, saltillo es hermoso 😍
