"It is an historic old building so the rooms are a little dated, but they are clean and have decent amentities - all I needed for an overnight stop. The location is good, the parking is plentiful. "Nice hotel but very basic and uninspiring decor, room was comfortable but plain and like a hospital room. The room was supposed to be premium but was really anything but. I was there for 2 days and the bottled water wasn't replaced when used although the biscuits were? Staff were very friendly and helpful however. Food was limited, not much choice, but the hotel is only a short walk to the town centre where there is a decent choice of restaurants.."
