The ladies at the front desk were excellent!!! The value staying here is excellent. The food, if you can get some is excellent!!! The reason I said if you can get some is because the service at the bar and restaurant is atrocious. I understand island time. But being completely ignored is unacceptable. My wife and I sat at the bar for thirty minutes while three people working there just talked to each other and never once asked if we would like a drink or something to eat. The first night we ate there it took forever to get service, drinks or food. The meal was excellent though. So we tried again and that is when we sat for 30 minutes. We left and went to a restaurant. We didn’t eat at the resort again. I would absolutely recommend staying here. Just plan on eating out.
