"Checkin was smooth, but once we got to our room, we noticed one of the ceiling fans was not fully connected to the ceiling. There were never any towels by the pool & we had to go to the front desk to get them. Our second night there, we wanted to take a shower after being at the beach/pool all day & there was no water!! We literally had to wait until the morning to shower! Also, I truly believe someone stole a pair of clothing from my suitcase when they came to "clean" the room! When I told the lady at the front desk about the issues, she didn't seem to care, nor did she offer any discounts. This was our first time staying there & definitely our last! The customer service is non-existent & the resort is trash! Do not waste your money here!"

"We had a fabulous stay in the Cottage at Casa Blanca. The setting felt like we were at a resort. It had a beautiful view of Cane Bay and we loved hearing the waves crashing against the rocks right outside the Cottage. The hosts, Jay and Debra were fantastic. They communicated very well and checked in regularly to verify we had everything we needed. They cottage was very clean & equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was well appointed although we ate out for most of our meals. The interior and exterior decor were perfect for our stay. The view of Cane Bay was absolutely amazing and included a beautiful sunset every evening! Debra and Jay made great recommendations on places to eat, sharing many options and letting us know which were their favorites. We found we frequented The Landing. The food and beverages were fantastic! The owner, Win, makes the Rum Cakes (don't skip these for dessert). Another must go to is La Reine Chicken Shack. Casa Blanca on Cane Bay is between Christiansted and Frederiksted which was perfect for us. We could walk down the street to Cane Bay Beach, with several options for food between our cottage and the beach. The drive into Christiansted or Frederiksted took about 20 minutes. So we could easily go check out the towns and participate in our scheduled activities of snorkeling at Buck Island Reef National Monument or taking a sunset sail around Sandy Point beach to see the sea turtle tracks.AMAZING!"

"Quiet. Peaceful. Beautiful. All this and more! The house is charming and secluded from its neighbors. The pool is a welcome addition. And the view is amazing!Kitchen is nicely equipped and the ice machine kept us well supplied. Bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable with the outdoor bathroom a hit. TVs with streaming options are a nice touch. The property manager (owner?) was attentive and very helpful. On short notice she obtained some beautiful flowers (grown and arranged by a local florist) and placed them in the house prior to check in. Very nice!"

"Our host was great. Great communicator! The house was very comfortable, clean and decorated so nicely. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the pool was not in great condition. In our hosts defense, I didn't ask about it being cleaned or water added. We didnt spend very much time at the house during the day so it didnt matter. The house was lovely. Thank you!"

"The view was everything and our host was very responsive from check in to check out. We slept well in the bed. However I would recommend another AC unit or another way to cool the front part of the unit. "

"This is our second stay here. This is the best place on the island for beach, snorkeling, diving, eating, and enjoying hanging out for a drink and sunset. There is a food truck steps away on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday for breakfast. The Landing is great for all other food!! The host is awesome and responsive. It is a very laid back beach vibe here!! There is a dive shop here for snorkeling and diving supplies, rentals and instructions. We hope to be back in a few months!!!"
