"Everything amazing!!"

"Our stay was perfect from the minute we made our reservation the sad walk to the plane while leaving. The host was very responsive to any and all questions that we had prior to arriving and while we stayed. The place is absolutely beautiful and 100% as advertised. We wound up renting 2 cars, 2 jet skis(1 day), and 3 paddleboards through the host. We also had the host fully stock the house with food and beverages prior to our arrival. We also did a half day excursion and spent an afternoon at Chat n Chill on our own but honestly,nothing compared to hanging at the house and exploring the beach around. Brea's Bar is within walking distance for some authentic Bahamian drinks and eats. Santana's is a 5 minute drive for a beautiful sitdown beachfront meal. Despite being in the water, I still can't believe it is real! And seeing all of the stars at night while sitting on the beach(which is your backyard) was also quite amazing. Again, from start to finish everyone in our party could not recommend this spot enough! We are already trying to figure out when we can come back."

"This house is incredible in all ways. Beautiful grounds, great views and access to the ocean. The house is perfect for our adult kids to spread out but has a separate large kitchen to prepare food and then a huge, oversized table to enjoy our evening dinners together. The bedrooms were great and set apart which allowed for privacy. The house was within easy walk of the Tropic of Cancer beach. We had a great time there renting jetskis and enjoying a gorgeous beach. Santana's was great for a takeout. The house manager, Kim, and her husband, Andrew, made an incredible dinner one night and were so fun to talk to. Kim was available to answer any questions. It was a bit of a ride to the area but well worth it as it was very quiet and private on Little Exuma. Overall, I would highly recommend. It was a wonderful trip."

"Silver Palms Villa home was stunningly beautiful, comfortable and luxurious. **During our stay (July 5-12, 2025) there was no beach, just water on rocks. I’m sure it’s different throughout the year. If the beach is important to you, make sure you ask.** Despite that small hiccup, we would 100% recommend this house. It was beautifully laid out, had everything we could need and exceeded our expectations. We loved how it was ranch style, and all laid out on one floor. The decor was chic and yet, very comfortable. The pool was a huge hit and I had a hard time getting my teenager out of it! When we needed the beach, Tropic of Cancer was a very short ride away.The hosts also sent a wealth of information to help plan our trip. This was our 10th year coming, but even we found some new & helpful info in their correspondence.If you’re looking for a splurge, or a place for a couple of families, this is it! (Our group were 83, 56, 49, 47 and 14.). This one was worth every penny!! Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!"

"The cut pearl is absolutely amazing. We stayed as a family with extended family with us. It is a perfect place. No problems with the power outages due to a really reliable generator. AC kept the heat away and was comfortable to sleep in. We have stayed at several short term rentals in tropical places and this one was by far the best (and most affordable). Andy and local contact Tina were very responsive and helpful. Place is extremely safe and the views are unbeatable. Island is remote and less developed which is what we wanted. Forbes hill beach is nearby and amazing. Can’t say enough great things about this place. Book it!"

"Fantastic House! View and beach were spectacular. Extremely private and secluded which is what we were looking for. Rain head showers with plenty of hot water. AC units would freeze you out. House manager was great as well. Looking forwards to our next visit. "

"The house was perfect for our friend trip. We came by boat and kept it at Exuma Yacht Club. We went to Santanna's for drinks and conch, we went to Chat N Chill and then explored some bars by EYC. The house was perfect to come home to and float in the pool and beach. We also went Kayaking a saw a few turtles and bone fish int he water! "

"Unbelievable home and location. 9 of us stayed during July and could not have asked for a better home and location. Martin who takes care of the home deserves a special thank you. Anything we needed he responded to within minutes. If you stay here and rent a boat, be aware of the tides as boats may not be able to get in and out at low tide. Not a problem just takes some planning. Kayak up the lazy river and see a few barracuda and small sharks. "
