It’s the perfect location for families or travelling together with friends up to 10 people. VILLA DESCRIPTION: Fully equipped with everything you need for an amazing stay, creating memories for life. We have in total 5 ensuite bedrooms with kingsize beds (no twin beds available). The villa has two identical master bedrooms, oceanfront with kingsize beds (no twin beds available), walk-in closet, ensuite bathrooms and a bathtub with an amazing view! The additional three bedrooms all have ensuite baths with showers, wardrobes and direct access to the outdoors. A large kitchens and an inviting great room for those nights you want to enjoy at home. The villa also have a powder room in connection to the great room. You will have your own private large and heated Infinity pool, and the beach and dock is right infront of you. There is a large Gazebo with dining area for 20 people in our garden, and there is also a gazebo at the beach for you to enjoy the most beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Or just to find some shade at our beach. You even got a full size volleyball court in the backyard. This property is excellent for travelling together with the whole family, or a group of friends! And it is perfect for events like celebrating birthdays or anniversaries. We have a maximum of 10 guests staying in this villa, if you will be more people for the celebration, please talk to us and we will be happy to assist with the details, making your event everything you want! BUTLERSERVICE We offer the extra service of having your private butler during your stay at Villa Exuma, for those who wants to make the Holiday extra luxury! Cost is 200 per day for 8 hours of one butlers at your service. Additional hours incur a fee of $50 per hour. Butler services include: Greeting you upon arrival and assisting with settling into rooms. Unpacking your luggage. Ironing your clothing. Booking reservations and tours. Grocery shopping and restocking. Serving your meals (not cooking) Serving your favorite drinks while you lounge by the pool or beach. Running errands when necessary. And if you have any private boat tours planned, you can order pick up at the dock if tide allows. LOCATION The property is located in the Hartswell area, around 15 minutes drive from George Town. You will find convenience stores and restaurants near by, and one of the best restaurants on the island «Blu on the Water» is just a five minutes drive from the villa. For the best selection of groceries we recommend stopping at Exuma Market in George Town. Or for your convenience, you can also have a fully stocked fridge at arrival! Contact our property manager for pre-arrival shopping, as this service comes with an extra cost. The Hartswell area has very calm sea, so you can truly enjoy the water as good as any day, with boat, kayaks and paddleboards. The famoys natural lazy river is just around the corner from us! Kids loved being able to paddle out back and it was perfect for them with so many islands to explore. We were there for 3 days of extreme rain so roads were flooded on the island. So happy we booked this villa with so much to entertain our group. Also we lost power which we barely noticed with a flickering light because the generators immediately kicked on so thankful we had this on the island as this is something that occurs sometimes. We stayed here for my 40th birthday celebration! It was a beautiful home in a very quiet area of the island. We really enjoyed being secluded and not hearing or seeing any traffic both on a road and on the water. The property management team is extremely responsive and easy to reach and all the vendors recommended in the welcome package were just as amazing as the home. It truly was a luxury stay! Make it all inclusive or a quiet on your own, its perfect for both. We had a group of 9 and we never felt crowded or on top of each other. Everyone had their own space to do their own thing but also plenty of space to come together too. If you plan to get out and explore, i would highly recommend a car rental... or more so a Jeep or larger vehicle due to the roads not being the smoothest and the drive ways are rock. ##### Julie D. Both homes were perfectly designed and equipped with everything we needed for a vacation. The hosts, Anna and Hank were extremely helpful and always answered our calls. The views are spectacular and the private beach was perfect for the whole family. The only issue we had was a pack of stray dogs that raided the trash, chewed up the beach chair cushions and fight all night. This made it scary for us to be outside at night. Dont forget to stop and buy bottled water and some snacks on the way to the home from the airport. The fridge water and ice are potable but you never know. Hank was nearby all week for any and everything we needed and the beautiful house had a fully stocked kitchen, wonderful pool and ocean toys and comfortable, clean bedrooms. We hired a boat and kept it at the dock (would have been an advantage to have protection for the boat against dock for tide changes) we explored the beautiful Exuma islands and deserted beaches, it was idyllic and relaxing. Lots of fish, turtles and stingrays right off the deck and little beach to sit and watch, very calming. The house and location was amazing! The concierge was fantastic. She answers every question we had before check in so we were prepared for our trip. The butler was fantastic. He catered to our every whim and request and we felt very pampered. The house was phenomenal. The private beach and private pool was amazing. It was such an amazing place to vacation at. It is the perfect vacation spot. We had 10 people with a mixture of teens and adults. We arrived early and we were able to get checked in early. TJ the butler is the bomb.
